What is the Complex problem?

The problem can be articulated as a self-perpetuating cycle in which our client decides to intervene to create change. The problems we have worked with our clients to confront include failing education, bullying and abuse, neglect and hopelessness in families, stagnating organisations, disaffected youth, missed opportunities for innovation through technology.

The problem is researched and a one-page articulation of the problem is produced, which includes all the complex factors that influence the problem and perpetuate it. Fixed™ promotes an approach which can respond to the complexity of the problem by beginning with a complex articulation of the problem. This process involves some consultation and some research, and delivers a cycle, which provides a comprehensive picture of the context for the problem solving process our client has embarked upon. What is the Complex Problem? is the first step for a problem-solving process and would not usually stand on its own.
