What Do I Bring?

What resources and capacities do we have at our disposal? In the What Do I Bring exercise each role player in the intervention can narrowly define their own role against the big, complex vision. Each role player can and should only bring capacities aligned to their own mandates and expertise, no one can be working on everything at once. In this exercise each role player defines their own role and discovers where there are overlaps between their own profiles and those of others. In this way teams are defined where people share objectives and team roles can then be allocated, lead, key support etc. In this way roles and responsibilities can be transparently defined, duplication avoided and gaps in capacity confronted. This process impacts strategy, which should leverage existing resources and capacities.

What Do I Bring delivers a map of role players and their roles in relation to is a series of workshops which can be facilitated as an exercise in teamwork.
